What is the difference between Customer and Affiliate?
Both get the full library, Matchmaker, Stacks, the calculator and Community. Affiliates also get Copy + Paste replies on every profile and the Affiliate Academy. You choose when you create your account.
How does the free trial work?
The trial is 30 days free, then $9.99 a month. You add a payment method at checkout. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged.
How do I cancel?
Open Account in the member area and choose Cancel membership. Canceling ends access right away. Lifetime access is a single payment with nothing to cancel.
I have a company or complimentary access code.
Create your account, then enter the code on the membership screen or in Account. Complimentary access turns on after owner approval.
